Research@SMVDU
Dedicated Research Centers have been established in the University to focus on research activities. These Centers have also received substantial funding from UGC & DBT. Five Research Centers and a Bioinformatics Facility are at the core of the Research Activities in the Unioversity.
Research Policy
SMVDU recognises that Research is it's Riason d' etre and therefore a substantial part of the University infrastructure is focussed on research work. Faculty members and Research Scholars are focussed on high-end research work in various fields of Science, Engineering, Management & Humanities.
Libraries
The Central Library is located right at the heart of the University's Academic area and is one of the most frequented facilities. Besides the Central Library each college has it's own Reference Library located in their respective buildings for easy access to information.
