Summer Internship 2026-27

Program Details

The In-house Internship Program will enable the student to work closely with the faculty member (Internship Mentor) at SMVDU and shall promote the effective learning culture. These Internships will offer the opportunity of practical experience to the students. The Interns will work on research projects and on specific problems within the specific academic schools at SMVDU. The Internships will be conducted in OFFLINE/ONLINE/HYBRID mode as per the schedule given by the Internship Mentor.

Eligibility

  • Open to all students as per the Internship Curriculum requirements.
  • Preference will be given to students with a good academic record and a strong willingness to work on research-oriented projects.

Guidelines

  1. The Internship Online Registration including fee payment will be live from 11th May 2026 to 28th May 2026 through the given Link at the University website.
  2. The students are required to upload the digitized Passport size photograph and relevant documents as specified at Link during the online registration process.
  3. The list of registered students shall be declared on 29th May 2026 at the University website.
  4. The Intern shall contact respective Internship Mentor for commencing the Internship.
  5. The method of conducting the Internship and evaluation of the same shall be done by the respective Internship Mentor.
  6. The Internship period shall be of minimum 04-weeks commencing from 1st June 2026 to 31st July 2026 / as per respective internship program schedule.
  7. The Schedule can be extended up to 06-weeks or more with mutual consent of the student & the Internship Mentor with due approval.
  8. Selected registered students are required to submit the hard copy of the uploaded documents in support of their educational qualifications, Bonafide certificate from Head of Department and other related specified documents to the respective Internship Mentor for verification while reporting for the Internship.
  9. The Interns shall submit the online feedback & No Dues Certificate to your respective Internship Mentor as and when instructed.
  10. Summer Internship Certificates shall be awarded after successful completion of the Internship.

NOTE: The fee for the extended period beyond one month for part thereof, shall be charged on pro-rata basis and shall be payable in advance to the concerned section.
