SMVDU: The School of Business at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University organized a one-day workshop on Personal Branding for MBA and DYD students. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ skills and confidence, preparing them to effectively present their unique value propositions in interviews and group discussions. Ms. Pallavi Mahajan and Ms. Lilly Bhan from Brainpreneurs led the sessions, engaging students through interactive group activities and games. They also discussed the inspiring journey of Ratan Tata, highlighting how he built his personal brand through impact, humility, and authenticity. More than 70 students actively participated in the workshop. Prof. Jyoti Sharma, Head of the School of Business, emphasized the importance of such initiatives in equipping students for the professional world. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Rashi Taggar and Dr. Arti Maini, who expressed their gratitude to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor for providing such learning opportunities.The workshop was conducted with funding from the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA) scheme, which aims to enhance the quality of higher education in India.
