Dr. Sunny Kumar Sharma, Assistant Professor, School of Mathematics, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, participated in the International Conference on Advances in Computational Intelligence for Fluid and Fuzzy Systems (ACIFFS-2026), held at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan, from July 29-31, 2026. The conference was organized by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Manipal University Jaipur, in association with leading national and international institutions, bringing together eminent researchers, academicians, and industry experts from across the globe.
Dr. Sharma delivered an Invited Talk on July 30, 2026, titled “On Computing Distinct Basis of Graphs: s-Vertex and s-Edge Metric Dimension.” The lecture highlighted recent advances in graph resolvability parameters, focusing on the computation of distinct basis sets under the concepts of s-vertex and s-edge metric dimensions and their applications. Dr. Sharma also chaired two technical sessions, facilitating scientific discussions and interactions among researchers working in computational intelligence, graph theory, fuzzy systems, and allied disciplines.
Dr. Sharma expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Pragati Kumar, for his constant support, encouragement, and visionary leadership in fostering a vibrant teaching–learning and research environment at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University.
