Mr. Hridyanshu Slathia (Entry No. 25DCS001), Ph.D. Scholar from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, represented the University at the prestigious 4th International Conference on Computer, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and their Applications (IC2E3-2026) held at National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand.
Under the guidance of his supervisor Dr. Sonika Gupta and co-supervisor Dr. Vipal Kumar Sharma, Mr. Hridyanshu presented his research paper titled “Comparative Evaluation of AI Techniques for Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Detection: Toward a Multimodal Clinical Integration Framework.”
The study focused on evaluating advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques for the early detection of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN), with an emphasis on integrating multimodal clinical information to improve diagnostic accuracy and support efficient cervical cancer screening. The research highlighted the application of deep learning and computer vision approaches in developing intelligent diagnostic frameworks capable of assisting clinicians in early-stage disease identification, particularly in resource-limited healthcare settings. The proposed framework aims to enhance reliability, clinical applicability, and decision-making in AI-assisted cervical cancer diagnosis.
Mr. Hridyanshu Slathia is currently pursuing doctoral research in Artificial Intelligence and Medical Image Analysis, focusing on computer-aided diagnostic systems for cervical cancer screening and healthcare applications. He expressed his sincere gratitude to Dr. Sonika Gupta and Dr. Vipal Kumar Sharma for their constant guidance and encouragement. He also acknowledged the support and encouragement extended by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pragati Kumar, Dr. Sunanda, Head, School of Computer Science and Engineering, and the University administration for facilitating his participation in the international conference.
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University congratulates Mr. Hridyanshu Slathia on this academic accomplishment and wishes him continued success in his research journey.
