Ms. Sakshi Singh has been declared qualified for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU). The candidate has worked on the topic, titled “Mapping Sexual Violence against Women: Rethinking Indian Public Sphere through Select Novels”, under the supervision of Dr. Anurag Kumar, Faculty, School of Languages and Literature, SMVDU, Katra.Ms. Sakshi has published research papers in quality international journals, and also presented many papers in reputed national and international conferences and seminars.
