About –
Five-day Training Program on ‘Effective Decision Making’ for IFS officers is going to organize at School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University during 29th January to 2nd February, 2018 with financial support of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India. The aim of the training program is to make the officers learn how to set the context around which decision must be taken, how to evaluate all factors involved in developing possibilities, how to assess each possibility against set criteria, to identify the best option and then how to develop that into a successful decision. Within the robust decision making framework, they will also learn how to ‘sell’ the decision and communicate it effectively, and how to monitor the decision taken to ensure that it remains on track & successful. Five days Training program is planned exclusively for those IFS officers whose name appears in the list of trainees provided by sponsoring ministry for this event.
