G+1 Helicopter Hangar with Office Building for M/s Vectra Aviation at Sahar Domestic Airport, Mumbai.

Project Westside Cigarette Manufacturing Facility for M/s ITC Limited at Ranjangaon, Pune. Project comprises of Admin. Building with Recreation facilities, Canteen Block with Multi-purpose, Search & Security, Worker’s facilities, Manufacturing Area, Warehouses and Utility Buildings spreaded over an area of 34 acres. It is designed for production of 55 million cigarettes per day. Worked on Administration complex for Project Trident for M/s ITC Limited at Sidcul, Haridwar. The project comprises of manufacturing facility for Biscuit, Pasta, Shampoo, Soap, Crème, Talc Powder, etc. along with Admin. And other Utility Buildings spreaded over an area of 63 acres.

B+G+10P+55+H.P Residential Tower for M/s Al Safeer Group of Companies at Al Sharjah. Project comprises of 2 & 3 BR Apartments (760 No.) w/ parking floors and Recreation w/ two swimming pools w/ paddling at Podium Level. Tower consists of 3 complete service floors allocated for MEP.

Project is consulted with Arcon for Structures and Locke Carrey for Fire Protection. Helipad and Building Mast are outsourced to separate agency.

Proposed (G+4) Residential Complex for M/s Damac Properties, Dubai comprising of three identical buildings done at split levels keeping in mind the F.S.I requirement, thus giving enough of light and air ventilation all around. B.U.A- 18,465 sqm.

 2B+G+4P+60 Residential cum Office Tower for M/s Al Safeer Group of Companies at Dubailand. Project comprises of 2B+G+4P Parking, Recreation at Podium Level with initial 24 floors for offices and remaining left for residential use with three intermediate service floors. B.U.A- 1,36,700 sqm.

G+1 Twin Villas for Mr. Adel & Ali Mukhtar at Al Warqaa, Dubai.

G+1 Group of Four Villas for Mr. Mohsin Haider Darwish at Jumeirah First. Project comprises of four villas (each with 2 car park), Maid’s room with common facilities like Swimming Pool, barbeque, Showers/ changing, etc.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility for M/s Quest Vitamins,Birmingham (U.K) at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. Project comprises of Office Building, Manufacturing Area (100% dust-proof area) and Warehouses for RMS & FGS. B.U.A- 50,000 sft

Expansion works for Existing Paint factory for M/s Asian Paints M.E at Ghala, Muscat.

Villa for His Excellency Ali Bin Majid Al Ma’mari at Sur Al Hadid, Muscat. Project comprised of Main Villa Block, approached by boulevard on both sides, along with Swimming Pool with a viewing deck overlooking into the private beach. Other Buildings comprise Guard House, servant quarters, etc.

Indian Embassy Building at Al Qurum, Muscat. Project comprises of Chancery Building, Ambassador’s Residence with cascaded Swimming Pool, along with Guard House, and other utility Buildings. Worked as Local Consultants. B.U.A – 3500 sqm

Modification/ Interior works for :-

Modification of courtyard into Guest Majlis at Majlis Building, Palace Complex for H.E Ali Bin Majid Al Ma’Mamri. Use of conventional truss with rich Interior Works by way of using decorative mashrabiyas, chandeliers imported from Italy, decorati ve false ceiling with diffused lighting.

G+4+P Residential Building for Mr. Sam Abdullah Saleh Al Habsi at Al Ghubrah, Muscat. Project comprises of combination of 1 & 2 BR flats with Showroom at the Ground floor, along with other utilities. B.U.A – 2325 sqm.

Construction of two Gazebos, one with fire place, and Chalets at existing farm houses at Adam & Hafit, Oman.

 Porta Cabins at Ras Al Hadd (about 400 kms from Muscat), where Chalets in the form of Porta Cabins were fixed over a rocky cliff with beautiful view of the vast blue sea in the front and a private beach down in between the heights of two cliffs.
