Mr. Yogesh Declares Qualified for the Award of Ph.D.

Mr. Yogesh, S/o Sh. Raghunath Singh and Smt. Vidhya Devi, has been declared qualified for the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the school of Electronics and CommunicationEngineering (SoECE) by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU). The candidate has worked on the topic of “Fabrication, Characterization and Mathematical Analysis of Lead Sulphide Based Thin Film Devices for Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronic Applications”, under the supervision of Dr. Purnima Hazra, Assistant Professor, School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SMVDU. He has published various research papers indexed in SCI/SCIE indexed reputed international journals, and presented research papers in various national and international conferences. The researcher has expressed his gratitude to SoECE, Dr. Purnima Hazra, and the Department of Science and Technology (DST) for providing necessary facilities and fellowship support during his research. Prof. R.K. Sinha, Vice-Chancellor, SMVDU, and other committee members congratulated Mr. Yogesh and wished him a bright future ahead.
