Ms. Vibha Mahajan was declared qualified for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra. Ms. Vibha Mahajan worked on the topic “Knowledge Sharing Behaviour among Service Sector Employees in the State of Jammu and Kashmir under the supervision of Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Faculty, School of Business, SMVDU, Katra. The Vice-Chancellor, SMVDU, Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Sinha chaired the Committee, including the Dean, Faculty of Management Dr. Supran Sharma, Head, SoB, Dr. Saurabh, and other faculty members. Prof. Sinha congratulated the scholar and the supervisor for the research. Ms. Vibha had published research papers indexed in the ABDC ranked journals. She had also presented many research papers at international and national conferences and one of her papers was accorded with the best paper award. Additionally, Ms. Vibha Mahajan was selected as the sole candidate in fully-funded training programs, funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, China twice in Guangzhou in 2018 and 2019.
