Dr. Supran Kumar Sharma, Dean Faculty of Management, SMVDU conducted training session on the topic, “Entrepreneurial Practices & Business Plan Formulation: Process & Precautions” in a refresher program being conducted by HRDC, University of Jammu.The session primarily focused on describing the procedures, process & precautions to be taken while formulating a business plan by the entrepreneurs. The session initiated with the explanation of reasons of failure and success in a venture, while explaining the essence of the formulation of business plan.
While elucidating the anatomy of a business plan Dr. Sharma emphasized that quantitative must meet qualitative.Further he underlined that the role of competitive grid preparation is indispensable to portrait better financial analysis and marketing plan.The participants interacted well with the expert, praised the session and expressed satisfaction and delight.
