School of Business under Faculty of Management at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) has established itself as one of India’s leading center of excellence in management education and research. In a short span of existence the school has been contributing to the growth of management and administration field through its research, training and development programs as well as hosting of seminars and workshops. The two days MDP on Designing Strategy for Sustainable Organizations is to provide insight to the managers/ administrators of various private and public sector organizations. The MDP shall focus upon the entry and middle level managers/ administrators. It shall help them to understand the importance of strategy for creating a sustainable growth in the organization.
