Ms. Divye Duheta Mahajan from SMVDU-TBIC Attends ISBA Management Development Program 2026 at FITT, IIT Delhi

Katra, Jammu & Kashmir — Ms. Divye Duheta Mahajan, Business Manager at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University – Technology Business Incubation Centre (SMVDU-TBIC), recently visited the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi to participate in the ISBA Management Development Program (MDP) 2026.The Management Development Program, organized under the aegis of the Indian STEPs and Business Incubators Association (ISBA), brought together incubation managers, ecosystem enablers, and innovation leaders from across the country. The program aimed to strengthen institutional capacities for managing technology business incubators, promoting innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and enhancing the impact of incubation ecosystems in India.During the program, Ms. Mahajan engaged with leading experts, policymakers, and fellow incubation professionals to explore best practices in startup incubation, technology commercialization, and innovation management. The sessions also focused on emerging trends in deep-tech startups, funding mechanisms, incubation strategies, and building sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.Her participation in the program reflects SMVDU-TBIC’s continued commitment to strengthening its incubation practices and adopting global standards in supporting startups and innovators.Speaking about the experience, Ms. Mahajan shared that the program provided valuable insights into incubation management, collaborative ecosystem building, and strategies for accelerating technology-based ventures.
