Mr. Khushneet Singh, a Research Scholar of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), has been declared qualified for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree. He carried out his doctoral research work entitled “Tribological and Corrosion Behaviour of Al₂O₃-Based Coatings” under the supervision of Dr. Sanjay Mohan, Associate Professor, School of Mechanical Engineering, SMVD University, and co-supervision of Dr. Mir Irfan Ul Haq, Associate Professor, School of Mechanical Engineering, SMVD University. During the course of his Ph.D. programme, Mr. Khushneet Singh published three research papers in SCI-indexed journals and presented his research work at more than five international conferences, demonstrating the scientific merit and global relevance of his research contributions.
