SMVDU Katra hosted educational visit of students from PM SHRI GHS Boys Kandoli, Nagrota under outreach activity program. Around 150 students along with their teachers participated in the visit. The visit was organized to enhance knowledge/awareness among students about higher educational institutions. NSS Coordinator, Dr. Rajiv Kumar welcomed the school officials and students and gave a brief introduction of the University. NSS volunteers of the University accompanied the school team during the visit. Students were motivated to join higher educational institutes after completing their class 12th. During the event the school team visited various university facilities like library, central workshop, auditorium etc. School officials thanked the University authorities for hosting the visit.
