The School of Electronics and Communication Engineering (SoECE), in collaboration with TARANG, successfully organised Le Quark – The Project Exhibition on 5th December at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU). The event served as an engaging platform for students to display their creativity, technical understanding, and practical engineering skills through a wide range of innovative projects.
A total of 13 teams from different years participated, presenting diverse and impressive ideas. Some notable showcases included a PCB-based Drone, Robotic Arm, Antenna models, Scrolling Text Displays, and several other electronics and embedded-system projects that reflected strong hands-on capability and conceptual clarity.
The exhibition was evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges: Dr. Purnima Hazra, Dr. Neeraj Tripathi, Dr. Prabhu Omer, Dr. Vikram Singh and Dr. Akasdeep. Their valuable insights and constructive feedback helped guide students toward further improving their work and exploring deeper technical domains.
Participants were appreciated for their effort, creativity, and innovation. The event fostered a spirit of curiosity-driven learning and encouraged students to take active interest in project-based exploration.
The exhibition concluded with gratitude to the faculty coordinators, student volunteers, and all participating teams for making the event a success. SoECE and TARANG look forward to organising more such events in the future to continue nurturing a strong culture of innovation and practical engineering at SMVDU.
