Dr. Isha Sharma 2009 batch passout MBA , Mr. Varun, Mr. NItin Pandita and Mr. Romel Dhar 2018 batch passout MBA interacted with students of managements. Dr. Isha is presently working at Jammu University , Mr. Varun is presently working in HDFC AMC, Mr. Romel Dhar in AXIS Bank and Mr. Nitin Pandita is going to join the planning department of J&K bank. They discussed about the opportunities after MBA programme with the students and shared the Mantras for getting the placements through campus. During the interaction they highlighted the various parameters which company look into their future employees. They motivated the students to enhance their communication skills. Dr. Isha also discussed some recent challenges happening in the corporate sector relating to human resource development. She stimulated the students to utilise the golden period of their life i.e. University student life to the maximum extent. Alumni of SoB emphasised on developing the habits of reading on daily basis so that regular upgradation one’s knowledge and skills in order to nurture and develop oneself more can happen. They provided the insight to the students regarding the kind of guidance they received from the University and how it has helped them to face the real life challenges. They appreciated the opportunity and support provided by the University and helping in boarding their outlook.
