“Viksit Bharat 2047” is an initiative aimed at realizing Indias aspiration of becoming a developed nation by its centennial year of independence. As India approaches its 100th year of independence in 2047, this initiative seeks to mobilize efforts across economic, social, environmental, and governance domains to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development. The concept envisions India as a leading global power with high standards of living, equitable growth, and environmental stewardship. To advance the same among youth “Viksit Bharat Ambassador – Yuva Connect” program aimed at fostering youth engagement and leadership in the developmental transformation of India will be organized. The idea is to take the PM’s vision of Viksit Bharat to maximum youth by conducting 50 programs in educational institutions in various states across the country.

SMVDU – Viksit Bharat@2047 Yuva Connect Program Action Plan

As part of the nationwide initiative Viksit Bharat@2047 – Yuva Connect Program, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) has envisioned a dynamic series of events designed to inspire, engage, and empower students in the shared mission of building a developed India.

The initiative comprises a variety of impactful activities that nurture awareness, creativity, leadership, fitness, and civic responsibility among the youth. Through this platform, SMVDU aims to instill a deep sense of purpose and national pride in students, encouraging them to take an active role in shaping the country’s future.

The activities planned under the program include:

  • Walkathon
  • Poster Competitions
  • Debate Competition
  • My Bharat Registration Drive
  • Fitness & Wellness Activities
  • Awareness Rally
  • Youth Parliament
  • Games Competitions
  • Nukkad Nataks (Street Plays)

All events will be organized under the supervision of dedicated faculty members, supported by enthusiastic student volunteers, along with NCC, NSS, and various university clubs.

Steps to Submit Feedback on the MyGov Portal for Viksit Bharat@2047

Students are required to follow the steps below while submitting their feedback and ideas as part of the Viksit Bharat@2047 initiative:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Step 1:
    Visit the official MyGov portal: www.mygov.in
    Navigate to the Viksit Bharat@2047 Consultation section.
  2. Step 2:
    Click on the “Click Here to Share Your Ideas” button.
  3. Step 3:
    Register using your institutional email ID by selecting the “Register Now” option.
  4. Step 4:
    Once registered, log in to the MyGov portal using your credentials.
  5. Step 5:
    On the portal, respond to the following questions thoughtfully:

    • What should a Viksit Bharat look like in 2047 across different sectors?
    • What actions are needed to achieve this vision?
    • What is your individual contribution towards realizing Viksit Bharat@2047?
  6. Step 6:
    Submit your idea, clearly mentioning your vision and personal role/contribution towards building a developed India.
  7. Step 7:
    After submitting your response, enter your email ID to receive a certificate of participation.
    Download the certificate from the link sent to your email.
