How to Reach SMVDU
Nearest airport is Jammu Airport (IXJ) about 45 KM from SMVDU. Nearest railway station is Katra Railway station (SVDK) which is about 8 KM from SMVDU. Other railway stations are Jammu Railway Station (JAT) and Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan Udhampur Railway Station (MCTM). On 20th January afternoon and 21st January morning, bus facility shall be provided for participants from Jammu and Katra to SMVDU campus. Participants can reach the campus by their own by using the following options:
Option 1: Catch a taxi directly from the Railway Station / Bus Stand / Airport to the University Campus (Distance approximately 45 Kms).
Option 2: Board a bus from Jammu Bus Stand/Railway Station plying to Udhampur/Katra and alight at Domel (Approx. 39 Kms). Then board a mini bus from Domel to the University (Approx. 6 Kms).

- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine: A revered pilgrimage site located atop the Trikuta Hills, accessible via a scenic 12 km trek from Katra.

🏆 Best Presentation Award
Papers selected as Best Session Papers will be nominated for Best Paper Award. The Organizing Committee will select the Best Paper for each theme based on paper quality and presentation feedback from session chairs. Winners will receive a certificate and medal/momento award during the valedictory function.
Journal/Proceedings Publication
Selected papers presented at RACMAS-2026 will be published in special issues of the following journals after a proper peer review process and other conditions as per the journal requirements. Final Decision with respect to acceptance/ rejection will be with the editorial board of the journal.

We encourage interested participants to submit their full papers for consideration. Further details regarding submission date, submission guidelines, deadlines, and publication fees (if any) will be shared soon.
Accommodation
Accommodation shall be provided in SMVD University Guest house on first come first basis based on the availability (on payment basis as per university norms). Hotels are available in Katra and Jammu, and participants should arrange their own bookings as per their convenience.
