SMVDU: Dr. Indu Bhushan, Assistant Professor at the School of Biotechnology, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, delivered an invited talk at the prestigious International Conference on Innovations in Biotechnology for Sustainability. The conference, organized by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, in collaboration with the Biotechnology Research Society of India, witnessed the participation of nearly 400 delegates from India and abroad. Dr. Bhushan’s talk, titled “Industrial Potential of Biosynthesised Nanoparticles”, highlighted cutting-edge advancements in the synthesis of nanoparticles using biological methods and their industrial applications. His presentation received enthusiastic responses from the audience, fostering discussions on the sustainability and scalability of such technologies. In addition to delivering the invited talk, Dr. Bhushan chaired a session and served as an evaluator for the poster presentations, providing valuable insights and constructive feedback to the participants. Dr. Bhushan, thanked Prof. (Dr.) Pragati Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University for allowing and encouraging him to attend the said conference.
