Ms. Akshita Gupta, D/o Sh. Ashok Kumar and Smt. Rajni Kumari, and wife of Mr. Anmol Gupta, has been declared qualified for the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. She carried out her research under the guidance of Dr. Sachin Kumar Gupta, Assistant Professor, SMVDU (currently on EOL). Her scientific research work entitled “Collaboration of UAVs and Fog Computing for Better QoS” has been acknowledged through publications in reputed international journals ranked by SCIE, and SCOPUS. She has published three SCI/SCIES indexed in peer-reviewed International Journals, one Scopus journal, one book chapter in a reputed book house, and several conference papers in international and national conferences. Additionally, she has been granted a patent by the German Patent and Trademark Office. She would like to express her sincere thanks to her supervisor, Dr. Sachin Kumar Gupta, and to the School of ECE, SMVDU for all their support and resources during her research.
