Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) is hosting an NEP Orientation & Sensitization Programme from August 5th to 14th, 2024. This 8-day online programme will feature two live sessions daily, each lasting 90 minutes from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The programme will cover various themes, including Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education, Indian Knowledge Systems, Academic Leadership, Governance and Management, Higher Education and Society, Research and Development, Skill Development, Student Diversity & Inclusive Education, and Information & Communication Technology. Faculty members from various higher education institutions, including those under professional councils, contractual, ad-hoc, guest faculty, tutors, and demonstrators, as well as research scholars and research associates, are eligible to participate. An online assessment and feedback will be conducted at the end of the programme, and participants will receive an E-certificate valid for the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS).
