Five-Day Skill Development Programme on Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concluded at SMVDU

The valedictory session and closing ceremony of the Five-Day Skill Development Programme on Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concluded successfully at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra (J&K). The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Govind Prasad Gupta from NIT Raipur and Guest of Honor, Dr. Abhishek Gupta. Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Co-coordinator of the programme, summarized the insightful and enriching five-day journey. Distinguished speakers from various renowned institutions shared their expertise, and enriching experience during the event, including Dr. Shitala Prasad from IIT Goa, Dr. Vipin Pal from NSUT, Dr. Yogita from NIT Kurukshetra, Dr. Karan Singh from JNU, Dr. Pramod Kumar Yadav from NIT Srinagar, Mr. Shakti Shandilya, Vice President SIMPLY ASK Canada, Dr. Yamuna Prasad from IIT Jammu, Dr. Abhishek Gupta from CSIR, and Dr. Govind from NIT Raipur.

The organizing committee including Dr. Pooja Sharma and Mr. Manoj Kumar  along with guest speakers distributed certificates to the participants and the organizing committee members, acknowledging their dedication and hard work and expressed sincere thanks to the  Vice Chancellor, Prof.(Dr.)  Pragati Kumar, Registrar, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma and  Deptt. Of Higher Education, Govt. of UT J&K for giving such opportunities at such platforms which would certainly help to imbibe our young minds with startup and entrepreneurship skills development. The success of the event was also attributed to the diligent efforts of the student coordinators: Subhag Sharma, Tushar Taggar, Rajat Godara, Achyut, Hridyanshu, Vanshika, Rudraksh, and Mihika. The vote of thanks was delivered by Subhag Sharma, expressing gratitude to all participants, guests, and volunteers who contributed to making the programme a resounding success.
