Training Session on Implementation of e-Office conducted at SMVDU

The e-Office Cell and the Office of the Registrar, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, in collaboration with the J&K e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA), Information Technology Department of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir, conducted a training session on the ‘Implementation of e-Office at SMVDU.’ The session was attended by Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma (Registrar), Sh. Neeraj Gupta (Finance Officer), Deans of Faculties, Heads of the Schools, other Section Heads, and staff members. Mr. Romit Singh, a resource person from JaKeGA, provided practical insights into the functioning of the e-office system. During the session, Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma (Registrar) and Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kotwal (Nodal Officer, e-Office Implementation) addressed queries raised by the participants. The e-Office cell acknowledged the initiatives undertaken by Prof. (Dr.) Pragati Kumar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of SMVDU, in leading the digitization efforts within the University. Special recognition was extended to Ms. Anuradha Gupta, CEO of JaKeGA, Mr. Arun Panotra, Analyst IT JaKeGA, and the entire project team for their exceptional support in the swift implementation of e-Office at SMVDU.
