SMVDU signed MOU with Central Public Works Department

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Central Public Works Department. According to the agreement, CPWD will provide its technical and management services for the construction of three buildings. These structures include a Pre-Engineering Academic Block and two hostels, one for boys and another for girls, each with a capacity of a hundred students. The construction of these buildings aims to enhance academic and hostel facilities to address the growing demand for classrooms and accommodations. The MOU signing ceremony saw the presence of Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice Chancellor of SMVDU, Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma (Registrar), Shri Neeraj Gupta (Finance Officer), and Shri Kamal Sharma (University Engineer) from SMVDU, alongside Shri Rajesh Kumar Dhiman, Additional Director General, Jammu Region, CPWD. The signing underscores the commitment of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Pragati Kumar and other SMVDU officials to the continuous growth and development of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University
