NSS SMVDU organized Run for Unity on the occasion of Rastriya Ekta Diwas to celebrate the birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. The Unity run was flagged off by Dean, Faculty of Management, Dr. Suparn Sharma. Before the start of the run all participants sang the national song ‘Vande Maatram’ and also took the Rastriya Ekta Pledge. The unity run started from the Administrative block to the residential area and then back to the starting point. More than 200 participants participated in the event and covered around 3 Km distance during the run. The NSS Program Coordinator, Dr. Rajiv Kumar thanked all the dignitaries and volunteers for supporting the event.
