Students of School of Civil Engineering, SMVDU presented a paper in a National Conference AEMTA-2024

Third year B Tech students of the School of Civil Engineering (SoCE), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University presented a technical paper in a National Conference on “Advanced and Emerging Materials for Technological Applications (AEMTA 2024)”. Arush Kattal presented a paper titled “A Comprehensive Review on the Integration of Waste Materials for Sustainable Technological Advancement in Civil Engineering”. Another group of students Kevin Somra and Pooja Kharra presented a paper titled  “Sustainable Materials as a Column Filler: A Review”. Both the groups were guided by Mr Srijan (Assistant Professor, SoCE). The conference was organized by Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal in collaboration with IIT Jammu, NIT Delhi and IAHT Ludhiana. Both the papers will be published in the Springer Proceedings.
