Rahul Kumar of the School of Mathematics, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), has been declared qualified for the award of PhD in Mathematics under the guidance of Dr. Uday Pratap Singh, Faculty, SMVDU. Rahul defended his PhD thesis titled “Design of Adaptive Controllers for Uncertain Nonlinear Discrete-Time Systems with Unknown Disturbances using Soft Computing Techniques”.
