Also, Ms. Devika Sharma, Research Student, SMVDU, presented on a topic, titled “Disturbance and Urban Conflict”, while scrutinising conflicts caused by communication gaps. The Faculty and scholar duo through their talks tried to find out the solution of any personal conflict, leading to miscommunication and disharmony in relationships. Dr. Dwivedi emphasised that conflict is a normal occurrence, and communication is the most important solution to family problems. Dr. Dwivedi thanked Dr. Quleen Kaur, HSS, IIT Jammu for inviting him to the event.
