Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Students awarded in the Sanskrit Olympiad

Three students of M.A. Vedic Studies of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University got the first, second, and third positions respectively in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.  The “Sanskrit Olympiad” was organized by Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, on 3^rd September 2023 with the help of “Little Guru Organisation” for the first time. The result was declared on 25th September 2023 by the Vice-Chancellor of Central Sanskrit University. The program of Vedic Studies is running under the School of Philosophy and Culture. Akshey Bharti got the first position, Danish Vaid got the second position and Varun Sharma got the third position, under the guidance of Mr. Krishna Kumar Pandey (guest faculty) and Mr. Keshav Kumar Pandey (guest faculty). In this competition, 12467 students from 750 schools/ gurukuls/organizations/ colleges/universities participated. The Head of the School, Mr. Sumanta Sarthi Sharma congratulated the students and wished them for their better future.
