Ms. Ifrah Raoof D/o Mr. Raoof Jan and Mrs. Kaunsar Jan, has been declared qualified for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the School of Computer Science by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) Katra, J&K. The candidate has worked on the topic “Improved Approaches for Motor Imagery Based Classification” under the supervision of Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Associate Professor, School of Computer Science and Engineering, SMVDU, Katra. Ms. Ifrah Raoof has published her research work in various SCI journals and presented papers at international conferences. The candidate thanked Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University for providing institutional fellowship, as well as the necessary support and facilities for carrying out the research work.
