IIC SMVDU hosts workshop on product design & development

In a bid to foster innovation, the Institute Innovation Council SMVDU hosted the National Workshop on Product Design and Development: Current Trends. This workshop brought together experts, academics, and enthusiasts to discuss the latest trends in the field. The workshop was jointly coordinated by Dr. Mir Irfan Ul Haq and Dr. Sanjay Mohan, Faculty at the School of Mechanical Engineering (SME). Dr. Kamini, Faculty at the School of Physics (SoP), coordinated with the organizing responsibilities. Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma, an expert in the field and Coordinator of Mechatronics & MTA Program at AKTU (Abdul Kalam Technical University), Lucknow, served as the resource person, offering participants insights into cutting-edge developments. The workshop covered various topics, with a focus on developing prototypes for innovative products, aligning with the evolving technology landscape. Dr. Ashutosh Vaishisht, President IIC SMVDU, Dr. V V Tyagi, Dean R&D SMVDU, and Dr. Sanjeev Anand, Assoc. Dean R&D, SMVDU, expressed their gratitude to SMVDU Administrative Staff for their support, emphasizing the workshop’s role in fostering innovation and research.
