1. It is mandatory for students to submit the 11th SMVDU Convocation – Online Application Form by following three steps 

   a. User Registration 

   b. Filling of Application form and Uploads

   c. Online Fee Payment 

2. The convocation fee of Rs 1750 consists of the mandatory Fee (Rs 1000) and the Gown Security Fee (Rs 750) Refundable. 

3. Wearing the gown is mandatory during convocation. 

4. After convocation, the Gown Security Fee will automatically be credited to the same bank account, which is used for making online payments. 

5.  The last date to register online is 20th December 2025, 11:55 pm.

6. Your participation in final rehearsal for the said convocation is mandatory for which you shall be required to report in the Campus on 26th of December 2025 by 10:30 am. 

7. No student shall be allowed to attend the convocation if he/she misses the participation in the final rehearsal on 26th of December 2025

8. Also note that the university shall not be providing any accommodation.
