SMVDU: Dr. Sanjay Mohan, the Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Technology Business Incubation Center (SMVDU-TBIC), recently delivered an informative talk on “Startup and Entrepreneurship” to the youth of Jammu & Kashmir. The session was part of the Skill Development Programme organized by the School of Computer Sciences at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), which is funded and supported by the Higher Education Department, UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
Dr. Mohan emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and startups in the modern era, stressing their crucial role in shaping the economic future of the region. He provided an overview of government initiatives aimed at fostering and nurturing startups, and detailed how these initiatives offer funding and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs.
In his talk, Dr. Mohan highlighted the role of SMVDU-TBIC in supporting young entrepreneurs by offering a platform to bring forward innovative ideas and business proposals.
