Ms. Madhu Sudan, Marketing Manager, IBM India (Pvt.) Ltd interacted with the budding managers who are pursuing their MBA degree at School of Business of SMVDU. Having more than 14 years experience in driving marketing initiatives and brand management at this premium multinational corporate, Mr Sudan conducted his webinar session on ‘Virtual Collaborations” and endowed with an insight to them that how and why the relevance of virtual collaboration in the near future will be rising rapidly. He emphasised in his session that virtual collaboration can be leveraged through 3 Cs i.e. collaboration, communication and coordination. He enlightened the participants regarding the key virtual collaboration tools which the business enterprises are using and the positive and negatives relating to these tools. He told the students to identify the opportunity and scope in every avenue.
He counselled the management students to up skill themselves, evolve and adapt in order to grow to be the front runner and congregate the requirements of their bright future time. The students raised many queries relating to it. Dr. Saurabh, Head, School of Business, was also the part of the session and expressed that it was wonderful interaction. Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Coordinator of Webinar Session while concluding the session expressed her gratitude towards the Mr. Madhusudan who is also Alumnus of SoB (o first batch) for igniting the minds of budding managers. Dr Jyoti expressed satisfaction over the growth of their passout students in the leaps and bound manner and also remaining connected with roots of them, which is a mantra for holistic development of an individual.
