Katra, April 2025 – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University – Technology Business Incubation Center (SMVDU-TBIC), in collaboration with the Entrepreneur Development Cell (EDC) of SMVDU, proudly hosted an interactive session with Mr. Pranav Gupta, Senior Principal Consultant at Infosys and a global authority in the digital transformation of industrial systems.
A distinguished native of Jammu, Mr. Gupta brings over two decades of international experience in leading multi-million-dollar digital transformation initiatives. His illustrious career spans scaling business portfolios from inception to $20 million, developing high-performing teams, and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR). His visit marks a significant milestone for the TBIC community and underlines the center’s commitment to industry-driven innovation.
The session commenced with a warm welcome from the SMVDU-TBIC team, including Dr. Sanjay Mohan, CEO, SMVDU-TBIC and Chief Coordinator EDC, Mr. B.K. Bhatia, Training & Placement Officer, and Ms. Divye Duheta Mahajan, Manager, SMVDU-TBIC. The team apprised Mr. Gupta of the various initiatives and developments at TBIC and EDC, driven under the visionary leadership of Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice Chancellor, SMVDU.
