A ‘Quiz Competition’ themed “Emerging Business Scenario in India” was organized by School of Business, Faculty of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (S.M.V.D.U.) on 21st November 2025. In all 64 students in/as/ 22 teams participated in the event.
The event was held under the inspiring leadership of Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice Chancellor, SMVDU who has always given importance in conducting such activities for the development of the students. Prof. Ashutosh Vashistha, Dean, Faculty of Management praised the effort of the organizing committee in organizing the event and the students for participating the competition. Dr. Arti Maini, Head, School of Business laid down emphasis on how such programs help in transition of students from classroom teaching to experiential learning.
Dr. Deepak Jain, Event Coordinator made the participants aware about important aspects related to program and highlighted the support extended by Dr. Ritu Rana (Co-Coordinator) and Dr. Ketan Bhat (Organizing Secretary) of the event. Mr. Rajat Pandita, Mr. Anish Jamwal, Mr. Sangarsh Sharma of MBA 2025 Batch were declared as the winners of the event. Team of Mr. Anshit Kumar, Mr. Aryan Chowdhary, Mr. Siddharth Kaul was declared as ‘Joint 1st Runner Up’ along with Team of Mr. Ashish Sharma, Ms. Nandita Sharma, Ms. Vaidhika Sharma, representing MBA 2025 Batch.Team of and Mr. Piyush Mengi, Mr. Moksh Verma, Ms. Savneet Kour was declared as ‘Joint 2nd Runner Up’ along with Ms. Rihanghani Anthal, Ms. Manya Gupta, Ms. Anushya Bhat representing MBA 2025 Batch.
