Medical Aid Centre of SMVDU organized Free Medical Camp for the residents of Village Kakryal at Govt. High School, Sirah Colony in which Approximately 400 people took the benefit of this camp, comprising of mostly elderly Children, men and women. Medical Officer, Incharge/ ENT Specialist Dr. Anju Sharma along with her team Dr. Supinder Singh and Dr. R.Z. Ahmed Check-Up the villagers and prescribed them the necessary treatment and medicines. Dr. Neha Sethi (Dental Surgeon), Dr. Gurpreet Soodan (Physiotherapist), Ms. Shuchita Jain (Dietician) and Ms. Ayushi Grover (Psychologist) were also made available. Paramedical staff including Mr. Vinod Kumar, Mr. Manish Kumar, Mr. Vijay Kumar, Mrs. Basanti Kumari, Ms. Alka Saini, Mr. Sohan Lal and Mr. Darshan Lal were also present.Mr. Bansi Lal, Sarpanch, Mr. Ashok Kumar, Panch and Mr. Lal Chand, Headmaster lauded the efforts of the Medical Aid Centre and welcomed more such events for the betterment of the villagers.
The aim of this camp was to reach the local populace and spread awareness about basic cleanliness and health care issues so as to enable them lead a healthy life. This camp was conducted under the aegis of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Jain.
