SMVDU, July 25: Students of MBA Semester II from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) have performed commendably in the NPTEL course titled “Yoga and Positive Psychology for Managing Career and Life”, conducted by Professor Ashish Pandey of IIT Bombay. The course focuses on practical applications of yoga and positive psychology to enhance well-being and effectiveness in both personal and professional life. Three students, Jasneet Singh, Sana Jamwal, and Sumegha Gupta, secured positions among the top 5% of participants nationwide, earning silver badges in recognition of their performance. In addition, ten other students – Sugandhi, Diya, Dharsheel, Satvik, Manik, Sana, Shriya, Diksha, Simran, and Samiha were also awarded silver badges, reflecting the strong academic engagement of the MBA students. This course offers tools and practices to manage stress, build resilience, and improve overall quality of life. It supports the development of critical personal attributes needed for success in today’s dynamic work environment.
