NSS Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University organized Art of Happiness workshop

The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of SMVDU Katra organized the “Art of Happiness” workshop. The workshop was conducted by renowned motivational speaker Shri Raj Kumar Dogra from Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust (NGO), Jammu. The event started with a welcome address by NSS coordinator Dr. Rajiv Kumar. The speaker Shri Raj Kumar Dogra emphasized not comparing oneself, complaining about anything, and criticizing others. The first priority of everyone should be one’s mental health.  NSS volunteers Suhani Rajput and Suhani Sharma anchored the event. More than 100 students enthusiastically took part in this workshop, which proved to be a profound and enjoyable learning experience for all participants. Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Balbir Singh, Dr. Manoj Gupta, and NSS co-coordinator Dr. Kamaldeep were also present during the workshop. Vice-chancellor, Prof. Pragati Kumar congratulated NSS volunteers for organizing the event.
