Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) is proud to share that Ms. Ridhima, daughter of Mrs. Swatantra Sharma and Mr. Devinder Nath Khajuria, has successfully been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from the School of Business. Ms. Ridhima completed her doctoral research under the supervision of Dr. Arti Maini and Dr. Syeda Shazia Bukhari, Assistant Professors, School of Business, SMVDU. Her thesis, titled “Facilitators and Inhibitors in the Adoption of Human Resource Analytics,” explores how organisations navigate both the enabling factors and the challenges involved in implementing HR analytics in practice, offering insights that are highly relevant to today’s data-driven workplaces. During her doctoral journey, she was awarded the prestigious UGC NET Scholarship in recognition of her academic merit and research potential. Her research outcomes have been published in reputed ABDC and SCOPUS – indexed journals, adding to the growing body of impactful scholarship emerging from SMVDU and strengthening the university’s standing in the field of management research.
