Dr. Rashi Taggar, Faculty of the School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), delivered a keynote speech at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence-led Innovations in Human-Machine Interaction (22-24 Sep 2025), organized by the NSHM Institute of Computing and Analytics, NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, West Bengal. Speaking on the topic ‘Importance of Triangulation in Research’, Dr. Taggar highlighted how, in the era of artificial intelligence, competitive advantage in research can be enhanced through triangulation. She emphasized the need to integrate multiple theories, methods, data sources, and expert opinions to strengthen research validity and extend its practical implications. In her address, she pointed out that AI should serve researchers, not control them, and stressed the responsible use of artificial intelligence in academic inquiry.
