Dr. Hari Govind Mishra, Dean Student Welfare (DSW) and Head, School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), delivers a talk on the topic, “Knowledge Based Dynamic Capability in Social Purpose (SPO)” in the UGC- Human Resource Development Centre sponsored refresher course organized by Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar (A Central University). Dr Mishra explained the micro foundations of knowledge based dynamic capabilities in social purpose organizations while discussing the cases of Angai Soap, Swara, Lifaffa and Goonj. He also highlighted the important findings of his research article recently published in the Journal of Knowledge Management (ABDC- A Category) co-authored with Mr. Rohit Bhardwaj, Research Scholar, School of Business and others. Dr. Mishra also focused on how case SPOs acquire, create, and combine knowledge to address social opportunities.
