Professor M K Soni visits School of ECE, SMVDU

School of ECE, SMVDU hosted Professor MK Soni who is a Retired Professor, NIT Kurukshetra, Former Director DCRUST Murthal, Pro-Chancellor Lingaya’s Vidayapeeth Nachauli. He held several positions during his career. His area of interest is microprocessor based control systems and digital system design. He has more than 100 research papers in the International and National Journals to his credit. He visited labs and interacted with Staff, faculty, and students. His interaction provided valuable insights to staff, students and faculty. This interaction is also important as he provides suggestions regarding curriculum development, lab development and how to upgrade the teaching learning methodology in the present era.  The visit includes interaction with Dr. Vikram Kumar in Machine lab, Mr. Sanjeev Wadhwan, Xilinx lab.  The interactions were attended by all faculty members of the School including Dr. Purnima Hazra, Dr. Vikram Singh and Dr. Kamaldeep. They discussed the modernization of the labs and infrastructure. Dr. Anil Kumar Bhardwaj, Head, School of ECE was also present during the interaction. The SoECE is thankful to Professor Pragati Kumar, Vice Chancellor SMVDU for providing this opportunity of interaction with such a great personality.
