SMVDU Alumni Played a Key Role in Chandrayaan-3 and the LVM 3 Rocket

Jeetendra Kumar, Alumni of Mechanical Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu and Kashmir; has made an important contribution to India’s Chandrayaan 3 mission to the Moon and the LVM 3 rocket that carried it. He is serving as Scientist in ISRO and working in Cryogenic Engine of LVM 3 Launch Vehicle. He was the integral member of the prestigious Chandrayaan-3 Space Mission, showcasing the institution’s commitment to producing exceptional engineering talent. The Chandrayaan-3 Space Mission, a testament to India’s technological progress, serves as a reminder of the valuable contributions made by institutions such as SMVD University in shaping the nation’s human resource capital.
