SMVD University celebrated World Entrepreneurs’ Day under the aegis of Institutions’ Innovation Council (IIC), SMVDU. During the event a panel discussion on the topic, “Entrepreneurship through Leveraging Government Schemes” was conducted. The event was organized by IIC, SMVDU in collaboration with SMVDU-TBIC and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, SMVDU. The event witnessed an active participation by the students, faculty members and research students of different streams including Management, Economics, Computer Science & Engineering, Biotechnology, Electronics & Communication Engineering etc. The panel discussion was initiated by the panelists including Dr. Supran K. Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Management, SMVDU, Dr. Ashutosh Vashishtha, CEO, TBIC, Dr. Sharada M. Potukuchi, Dean Academic Affairs, Dr. Quaisher Alam , MD, Kaiza Health Private Limited, Bangalore, Incubate – SMVDU TBIC, Mr. Adnan Ali Murtza, student MBA, Ms. Pranita Puri, student of Integrated M.A. (Economics). Students also deliberated on the topic in formal and informal manner in the panel discussion.
