Katra, SMVDU. The Vice-Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Prof. RK Sinha, hoisted the tricolor flag at the Inaugural Pavilion, SMVDU Campus today. He delivered a speech to the faculty, staff and students of SMVD University, and motivated all to take the university at new heights. However, all cultural programs and school celebrations won’t occur this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
