22 February, 2018: Two-Day National Congress on “International Mother Language Day” organized by School of Languages and Literature concluded today in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. The vent was a grand success with the participation and presentations of distinguished scholars, writers, poets and story tellers with various language backgrounds, from across the country. The valedictory session compared by Ms. Parul Priya, Research Scholar, School of Languages and Literature was chaired by Dr. Yugal Khajuria, Dean of Students. Dr. Khajuria in his valedictory speech congratulated the entire team for successfully concluding the National congress. Surbhi Sharma, Research Student of School of Languages and Literature presented the report of the events in the Congress. Akanksha Sharma, Research Scholar, School of Languages and Literature presented the Vote of Thanks. The Congress concluded by distributing the certificates and mementos to the participants.
