Two-Day Training Program on ‘Emotional Intelligence for Workplace Effectiveness’ for IFS officers is going to be organized at School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University during October 11-12, 2018 with financial support of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India. The program is designed to emphasize on the dynamics of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as an essential ingredient for workplace effectiveness. The program would provide an understanding regarding the importance of EI for developing personality & managing relationships which are the stepping stones for greater workplace effectiveness. After undergoing this training, the trainees would identify the behavioral dynamics they should plan to modify, enhance and improve. The module aims to assist in developing higher level of emotional intelligence so that it can be translated into personal effectiveness and competitive advantage for their organizations. Two- day training program is planned exclusively for those IFS officers whose name appears in the list of trainees provided by sponsoring ministry for this event.
