Fundraising campaign for construction of Shri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya kickstarted at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, when Padam Shree Prof. Ravindra K. Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, donated a cheque of Rupees 21,000/- to Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
Shri Rupesh Kumar, Prant Pracharak and Shri Ajay Kumar, Sah Sampark Pramukh of State RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) received the cheque from Prof. Sinha. Shri Rupesh Kumar also addressed the faculty and staff of the university and motivated them to contribute wholeheartedly towards this auspicious campaign.
